What is Unreal Package?

26 high-res renders
Clients have complete freedom in choosing viewpoints and areas for visualization. We provide both vertical and horizontal formats, tailored to the presentation needs. Every camera angle is approved during the gray-material stage, ensuring the composition is agreed upon in advance and avoiding unnecessary revisions.
The number of final renders depends on the size of the project and the amount of spaces. For example, for a single large kitchen-living room, we produced 26 different renders to fully capture the space and highlight every detail of the interior.
Photorealistic 4k Video 48 sec
Our video visualizations are crafted with the same attention to detail as our still renders. All camera angles and movements are approved in advance at the preview stage, ensuring you know exactly how the project will be presented.
We can deliver videos in any format and aspect ratio, horizontal, vertical, or square, depending on your needs (presentations, advertising, or social media). Resolution is available up to 8K upon request.
The package already includes final editing: scene cuts, soundtrack selection, basic titles, and color grading. As a result, you receive a fully polished video, ready to impress investors, launch a marketing campaign, or share on social platforms.
360 Tour (12 points)
360° tours allow the client to fully immerse themselves in the project. This interactive format lets the viewer control the angle of vision and move between pre-defined hotspots.
The number of these hotspots is virtually unlimited: we can create dozens of transitions, giving the user maximum freedom of movement within the space. This is particularly valuable for large-scale projects, where it’s important to showcase every area, from the façade and lobby to individual rooms and interior details.
All key viewpoints are approved in advance during the gray-material stage to ensure the final result perfectly matches expectations.
A 360° tour is a powerful tool for online presentations, websites, and investor pitches. It can be easily embedded on a webpage, shared via link or presented directly from a laptop or tablet.
Realtime Walkthrough (.exe)
The final element of the package is an interactive walkthrough, a standalone .exe application that runs directly on the client’s computer. It allows them to fully immerse themselves in the project: moving freely, controlling the camera and exploring the space at their own pace.
Unlike static renders or even 360° tours, a walkthrough creates the feeling of real presence. This tool makes a powerful impression and helps you stand out from competitors who typically deliver only images or videos.
